Lisa is passionate about creating inclusive, heathy, and safe environments for her team and the communities in which they operate. Lisa believes in actively involving local indigenous and community groups in the process of exploration and resource development by creating employment opportunities and developing sustainable businesses.

Based in regional Victoria, Lisa is also involved in livestock farming. She is an active member of the Minerals Council of Australia (Vic). Lisa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science- Geology with Honours from the University of Technology Sydney and a Masters of Teaching (Science) from the University of New England.

While working as a Principal Geologist for Newmont, Lisa was a finalist for the Telstra Business Women of the Year Award.

While working for Southern Cross Gold, Lisa won the MCA Victoria 2022 Exceptional Woman in Victorian Resources Award for her career achievements, advocacy of women and contribution to social licence and the community.
